Zazen at the light-hut

The light-hut is a simple alpine hut close to the forest in the Bavarian Alpes of the
Chiemgau mountains (see pictures below).

If you want to know more about Zazen please contact me for an introduction.
If you then decide to follow this way, you will take part in the introductory
zen lectures of the Sanbô Kyôdan tradition and may participate in the regular
Zen trainings.

The sitting periods are 25 minutes plus 5 minutes of Zazen in walking (Kinhin).
During the Zen training there is offered the personal instruction (Dokusan).
During Sesshin and Zazenkai a presentation of Zen texts (Teisho) will be given.
